Pastors Welfare
Many of our pastors serve faithfully in the mission field alongside their families, yet they face deep challenges—especially when it comes to providing education for their children. Most are unpaid, living by faith, and have powerful testimonies of how God has sustained them through difficult seasons. Still, the burden is heavy, and the need is real.
To support pastors in training, we’ve sometimes had to sell a goat just to cover the cost for one. It’s a simple but sacrificial step we take with the little we have. While this has helped a few, the number of pastors and their families needing support continues to grow. We are trusting God to raise up friends and well-wishers who will stand with these faithful servants—especially for the education of their children. With additional support, we can continue to train, equip, and strengthen more pastors from remote Turkana communities, empowering them to carry the hope of the Gospel to the least reached.

In Turkana, many local pastors serve with unwavering dedication, even in the face of extreme hardship. Some go for months without enough food or the means to buy even a change of clothes. Still, they continue preaching the Gospel with passion, trusting God day by day.
Their children, however, often feel the weight of this sacrifice most. Many are unable to attend school simply because their families cannot afford it. These are faithful men and women who serve without pay, giving all they have for the sake of the Kingdom—yet struggling to meet their families’ most basic needs.
